Fostered Bridges is a nonprofit organization that aims to combat the incredibly difficult challenges faced by children aging out of the foster care system every day. As mentioned in our mission statement, we strive to empower individuals in pursuing their own life goals. First and foremost we aim to provide independence based living opportunities in our tiny home village. Upon entry into our program our clients will work closely with our case manager to develop a comprehensive, individualized plan for their time with us. Through our services, spanning from teaching job interview skills to comprehensive referrals, we can begin to build bridges towards making our clients' dreams inevitable.
